2. Become a Group Fitness Member
- 5:00am/6:00am/8:30am Guided Group Fitness Classes with a great Coach!
- 15 Class times weekly, these are one hour classes which include about a 5-10 minute warm-up.
- A new workout each day, So one day might be UPPER BODY focus, and maybe the next day…lower body. We break it up.
- Every day includes core work, laughter and sweat. Enjoyable.
- A workout “everyone” can do. You set your own pace.
- Outdoors and natural movement with a few surprises — daily!
- Child Care available at 8:30 am for a small additional fee (‘pennies’ compared to a babysitter)
